SHA is a wellness clinic dedicated to improving people’s health and well-being through a fusion of ancient oriental disciplines and revolutionary western techniques.

The aim of SHA is to ensure that all guests enjoy a pleasant stay and leave looking and feeling younger and healthier, revitalised and renewed both inside and out. Guests will experience a fundamental change in their bodies, improving their quality of life, slowing down the aging process and preventing illness.

Location:

set atop the beautiful Sierra Helada del Albir, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and close to the peaceful town of Altea, within the Sierra Helada Natural Park, Alicante, Southern Spain.

Getting there:

Flight to Alicante. SHA offers private car services with chauffer €130 each way. There are taxi services and car rentals available, the taxi will cost approximately €80 each way.

As SHA has a heliport, we can arrange a helicopter service to pick you up from any Spanish town or from the same airport, straight to SHA.

Children:

Minimum age for guests is 15. For special situations guests must have the clinics authorisation. The adults accompanying the children are then responsible for their behaviour.
