Liz Bonney
Liz Bonney is the founder and managing director of Omkara Retreats. Born in Australia, she has lived a life of extensive travel, for over 14 years dividing her time between Australia, UK, Europe, America & South East Asia (India, Nepal & Indonesia).
Liz has explored the path of yoga and meditation with various teachers in all of these places and has been devoted to practicing many styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, Dru and has a keen interest in Qigong, Tai Chi and Ayurvedic Medicine.
Liz is also a qualified travel agent with a Certificate III in Tourism and is a qualified Yoga Teacher offering her own classes and retreats.
