The Weight Loss Retreat at Shanti-Som is based on a Health for Life Plan, promoting new and healthy habits to follow at home, giving you the tools to keep the weight off.
Blending a focused, nutrient-filled detox and health menu, that has proved so popular and successful through various worldwide Retreats, with the added benefit of exercise, the programme averages weight loss of around 5-7lbs per week, leaving you feeling invigorated, with improved fitness and with positive changes in your shape.
The Retreat includes a pre-retreat phone consultation and screening with Kezia Jacobsen or a member of our Retreats Team, six day's delicious, fresh, cleansing cuisine, metabolism boosting hikes in the surrounding countryside, optional physical activity and of course your accommodation – plus a healthy arrival and departure meal.
