7 Day Transform Your Life Retreat: Reconnect with Your Soul

Included in this retreat are daily sessions specifically dedicated to the development of the mind and emotions in order to move closer to the soul. In her program Transform Your Life, Dr. Gabriella Kortsch guides participants towards deep personal psycho-emotional understanding that literally brings you to a reconnection with your soul. Psychology alone is not enough. Spirituality alone is not enough, but hand-in-hand these two become powerful agents to bring about profound and lasting transformation in your life.

Day 1: Happiness, Self Responsibility, Making Choices and True Inner Well-Being

Why is happiness frequently so elusive? Imagine being in charge of your state of well-being at all times. Transformation can start in many different places, but if it does not lead to inner well-being and happiness, then the transformation will not have taken place. Hence self-responsibility as well as making better choices – and choosing to utilize your freedom to make those choices at all times – are some of the pillars upon which happiness is based.

Day 2: Relationships, Neediness and Emotional Unavailability

We frequently choose partners that initially attract us enormously, only to cause many problems later. Our partners may be emotionally unavailable or they be “needy”. Is there something wrong with them, or is it also due to difficult prior experiences? These and other topics are explored on Day 2, bringing about a deeper understanding of the real meaning and purpose of relationships, and how they form part of an individual’s psychological, emotional, and spiritual evolution and well-being.

Day 3: Love For the Self: Foundation for Everything Else

Loving the self is one of the hardest things for most people to learn how to do. By the time they are adults, many carry this lack of self-love around as a heavy weight, not even aware of it. We either learn how to love ourselves or suffer the consequences for not doing so. The techniques included on Day 3 can be applied immediately in order to feel better and to begin to love the self in a healthy way, promoting well-being in the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual self.

Day 4: Gratitude & the Now

One of the most competent and proficient ways of coping with negative effects caused by problems, stress, fear and worry is by accessing the Now Moment. What happens there is quite spectacular. How to get there is the nucleus of Day 4, with both interactive and didactic methods.

Day 5: Ego & Awareness: Gateway to Peace

Most of us are under the control of the ego. Coming to awareness about this is one of the most elementary things you can do for your own process of growth. The initial process of coming to consciousness has a lot less to do with spirituality, which is something that many associate the term consciousness with, than simply with the fact of coming to awareness about yourself. That awareness brings you closer to your own spirituality and eventually to your soul. Day 5 takes us to the outer reaches of our mind and spirit in our quest for personal transformation and peace.
